Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership rights to the delivered website, application, or other digital assets are transferred to the client. However, VISDAK Private Limited retains the right to showcase non-sensitive aspects of the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

All proprietary tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in the development process remain the intellectual property of VISDAK Private Limited.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials, including but not limited to text, images, and access credentials, required to complete the project. Delays in providing these materials may affect the agreed-upon timelines.

Clients must also ensure that all content shared complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

Limitations of Liability

While we strive for excellence, VISDAK Private Limited is not liable for interruptions or errors caused by third-party services, including hosting providers, payment gateways, or APIs. We also disclaim liability for damages arising from unauthorized use of delivered products.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice under the conditions specified in the project contract. Upon termination, any unpaid work completed by VISDAK Private Limited must be compensated as per the agreed terms.
